Hi! I propose the following change in VIP Style Cup open to lvl3 : Althought I´m lvl1, I think that the VIP Style Cup should be open for lvl3 and lvl4 because rarely fills ... and as you may know there are few users lvl3 with vip-rank.
If it were open to lvl3 and lvl4 probably always would fill.
