Hello and please can you tell me why am I ban ?

You are banned until 17.02.2018 13:38. Reason: мульт
You can not continue the game due to violation of rules.

I just play fair and don't play with hack. So please can you tell me why am I ban and if you can remove my ban please. Thanks

Hello PinKo

First of all you should write your problem to support / zendest to get more information. But it is obvious that your account is banned as there are more accounts. According to rules it is strcitly forbidden to register more than one account.

Thanks for your fast answer, but I have not register more accounts. This account is registerd from a other computer IP and i use it here now. Can you remove the bann and delete these accounts? I don't now that it has more registerd accounts.

Please write support service (zendesk), so we can detect your FB account and ask you some logs about it.
