Hello.First of all i wish you have a nice
day.I’m a user on your website (11x11.com)and
i’m would like to refer a few problems to you
and hoping that you may help me about it.
Me and most of my friends are having
difficulties with the new rule which lowering
the experience player can get after 50
matches.We are very active user and we are
enjoying this game so much that we spend most
of our time on this web site.And as you know
to enjoy it more and to be good at this game
we are buying boosters and VIP with those
boosters.But with the new rule you add in the
system (lowering experience after 50 matches)
it’s almost impossible to develop a player,i
mean it will now take so long time.If we
think about it in a logical term if it’s
going to take so much time to develop a
player why should we buy boosters and
vip.Also this situation doesn’t let us have
the pleasure that we would like to have from
this game.The most important thing is how
will it be possible to continue this game if
it’s gonna take so much time to do so.
As you follow it,because of the new system in
game a lot of account users are selling their
teams and they stop playing it.and most of
them are planning to stop playing after their
vip expires.And telling us that they will
stop buying boosters.These are the situations
which i see in the website and which i heard
from my friends who play the game.Everybody
is talking about quiting the game on chat
rooms.Do you think it’s a good idea to have
this system and lose most of your users?
What i would like to wish from is that please
have the system as you used to have.Without
lowering the experience after 50
matches.Because even the system brings more
equality for the less active users,it is also
letting the old users and most active users
to stop playing the game.And as you
know,buyers of the boosters and vip is mostly
old and active users like we are.You are on
the door steps of losing your valuable
players(customers) in order to gain more
equality for the people who is not even
playing an hour day.There are stil 8,9,10
level players who is talking about leaving
the game in our region’s chat rooms.
The long story short,as long as the new
system stands we have no choice but stop
playing the game.We love this game and please
don’t let us stop playing but let us enjoy
it.I don’t want you to take this in a wrong
way.All these are my thoughts and most of the
active players şn my region are thinking the
same way i do.We will be very happy if you
just consider this situation and have a beter
solution.Thanks for your interest and your
time that you spend on this letter.

i think its not fear for lvl 9 and lvl 10...and for use WC 24hours and vip4
lvl 9 and lvl 10 need exp training player..how can get big exp if just playing 50games...that imporsible...
u kill all user's maniak and much time for play this game...

01.11 I bought 3 bonus experience. One used.
take away the 2 back and return the money.
When I bought the limit in 50 matches and
limitations in the experiment was not. After
the change, they do not need me and I would
not buy them knowing about the changes. I
asked before buying in support of the
question, whether the changes in Russian
server .. I was told that no such
information, and the next day she appeared in
the news.... SUPPORT deliberately deceived.
