Hello from Spain (and the Spanish Server)!

I´ve sent emails to Nekki, but never get a reply. Maybe here I´ll have better luck. tongue.gif

I´m asking that Nekki remove the option to manually enter nicks as Referrals... only allowing the use of the private link.

New users, who share or will share IP, are putting those nicks, and soon after the veteran user is getting kicked for breaking a basic rule (FAQ 22 + 23).

No clue why they allow to manually enter the nicks, if we are all given "private links". blink.gif

By giving out the private link only, then we are then 100% sure that the user is aware of his actions and getting kicked is 100% justified.

Please review and reply as soon as possible.

It benefits those who spread the game by mouth.

We can tell our friends over the phone or at Starbucks, "Hey, there's this interesting game. 11x11.com and add my nick XXX as your referral."

Using links you are limited to those you know via IM, Email, forums etc.

My opinion.

Hey Javier... Finally someone who answers... biggrin.gif

What you mention is "fine", but being a Mod, you´ll probably be aware that the system keeps track of who is the Referral team, etc. If you share IP with that Referral, then that is ilegal, per FAQ #22 & 23. Technically, that account should be blocked.

Some people are not aware that someone has listed them as a Referral, someone who shares IP with them, such as a family member, schoolmate, coworker, etc. One day, they find their account blocked. Just because, one day, that person mentioned they play a game called 11x11, or someone who uses the same computer, saw that game in the pc history.

What I am getting at, is that with a private link, it is 100% sure that the person who is listed as a Referral, is 100% responsable for it. That if their account is blocked, it falls 100% on their shoulders.

Right now, accounts are blocked and they could have been prevented.

I´m a very active Mod in the Spain server. tongue.gif

I´ve also been a Mod (and Head-Mod) in other large games, such as Pcliga.com. Where in every game, there were only "private links for Referral".

Anyways.... I won´t lose hope that this gets changed... listing a Referral has a bonus to it. Someone won´t stop registering if they can´t list who Referred them. hehe

Take care! Hopefully, someone with higher powers, will reply. But my hope is quite low. -.-

No clue how this fell so down there and still nothing new. Hmmmm. : *

Btw, just got a complaint from one not wanting to be listed as a Referral and no clue who the other user is. Is afraid might be someone who goes to same place to connect... eventually being kicked for breaking Rules Nº 22 + 23 within the FAQ.

Hmmm.....

Ailwasp, create another topic, don´t spam mine. -.-

And since you´ve already stained my topic:

There´s over 10 accounts linked to you by one or more IPs. And sharing IP with one who lists you as a Referral is illegal (See FAQ 22 + 23).

Again, please don´t spam other people´s topics. Create your own. This topic is very serious to me, hopefully someday I´ll get a reply from "above". -.-

Don't bother waiting for a reply Sev, it's useless. It has become a habit every time someone asks to be clarified on a delicate subject that he/she never receives a reply from the admin team, not to mention the almighty Nekki. On the other hand, if you were to raise a topic like "hey admins, how can I buy some boosters?" the place would be crawling with replies and step-by-step guides for doing it. Being satisfied with the profit their making, few companies bother to fully do something like "customer care" and sadly Nekki isn't one of them...the French Support Team team are however a very nice bunch of people who respond to your queries within a reasonable time, plus they guide and advise you objectively and not trying to fool you that buying boosters solves every problem that you may have. therefore, if you know a little French or use the Google translator, it might be worth a shot to have a try on the French forums. Good luck wink.gif
