I think you should change the duration of transfers - at least 2-3 days.This "one day" rule is so much not practical.Every average manager/player searches the transfer market.He is not looking in the ending period transfers.
Now it is more difficult to find the right footballer than ever.
Even when you want to sell someone it is so annoying to put him every single day on the market.
From The day you changed the transfer duration I was lucky and sold one player.Before that I was selling at least 2-3 players a month...
