I need Admin, Mod, face man or whoever to explain some things below:

Why did my players lower morale (-6) when played this match ?
Or sometimes, my players lowered morale when they drew or even won match with the less average skill 's oponents.
Do you know how morale points are important?
I think they hold 50% of victory percentage!
So, please give us a reasonable marker.

2.About Stamina.
I don't know How Stamina points affect players and matchs or not ?

Players with 50-60% sta ( or even 30-40%) can run like horses , play and score as superstar footballers ( Messi ) meanwhile my players with 100% sta, higher skill play as KIDs, as amateur players.

Is it reasonable ? or It's ridiculous!

Not including red card, injury..blah blah... tens of unreasonable things in this game .

damn gave u answer to no 1
i will try to explain number 2

when you look at your rooster you can see players POWER, thats what you should look at when making a team for next match

power = stamina + morale so you should see your squads power before every match
running on the pitch depends on special skill SPEED, so it has nothing to do with stamina

stamina (power) is only important for avg skills of your players on the field

as for no 1 again there are soooooo many factors that effects on morale but in major if you win with a red card, draw with a red card, win in a match when your avg is lower or even draw, your morale will increase,
LEADERSHIP, skill also increases morale after every game

Theck is correct in his explanations. It is exactly like he says with elements of surprise like you mentioned (red cards, injuries...)
