Hi there,
Today i have been banned for five years. The message that announces my ban is: "You are banned until 26.04.2015 14:56. Reason: spreading other manager links You can not continue the game due to violation of rules." And this i can not understand. In the morning i was banned from the chat of the game, because i was singing the music of my football team (i was banned for 5/6 hours from the chat and from the game). Considering this ban extremely injust i report my distaste to the portuguese support. Later i discover that i was banned for five years!!!! By spreading other manager links!!! Well if i was banned from the chat (so i can't spread anything from there) and if the only 2 messages that i send from de email of the game were to the support.....how could i spread links to other manager's???? All this situation is very sad for a player like me who spend some money in this game. I have paid Magnate VIP for a month and now i won't use the service that i have paid. I think this situation is very injust. In all this situation i have never cheat or offend anyone....so i ask here to someone help me to correct this injustice. Soulfly |
