Chat Ban, Is this for real?? Options

Hello here Iam once again complaining about the porrtuguese moderators, specially LipeRJ...

Please can anyone explain me this...

Today I went to the zoo, and I had my laptop so I decided to take the luch brake to take a peak at the game, because this is really addictiv. Now the weird part, i was at the chat and I said I was looking at some Deer.
the portuguese owrd for this is Veado. Nothing wrong about this I think... wel I thought. I got a yellow card for saying Veado... it's an animal for christ sake...
I asked what was the problem, i was only sharing with my buddys I was seeing some Monkeys, deer, elephants, donkeys. And I got a red card for 2 days.

Is this for real??

Another interesting thing, me and my friends made a union, and we decided with the current champioship to make a journal to report the daily results. we asked the same moderator to put this journal in the general newspaper, and the obvious answer was NO. Ok it's a gneral newspaper so we should probably stick to the union news, But it's kinda weird that this same moderator uses this general newspaper to advertise is own union... not once but twice...

It keeps getting weird I think. We get ignored over the chat whenever we make questions, and when we do something they dislike we get banned.

Please someone put some sense into this...

And tell me why, was I banned.

i think try to send message to faceman via support center.
maybe him can explain about general newpaper.

maybe moderatore have no one in the understanding of our writing.
so hope we can tolerate.
because sometimes in indonesian tribune we have some problem with moderatore just because understanding language..
but now we can tolerate it..

nervemind the same moderator jut banned me from the game, and this was the trigger... go figure.

All I can say is I spend money in the game, I made fair play, shure I had different arguments from the moderator, but I dont even speak in the chat anymore and now I got banned until 2014.

Faceman if you can read this please I beg you to ask for the reasons, This was the last time I spoke in the chat, first chat banned and now banned until 2014. Did I offend anyone in special... who?

I think this is just unfair.
