I just started the wonderfull game of 11x11. But I wonder why my team started with a skill average of 72 at level 0. Playing against teams with average 80 or so, allso level 0. I don't get it. I have to increase way more to level up!!!!

This is randomized.

If your total skill is lower, you should have higher talented players or younger players. So it is the same.
