Banned for paying with different credit cards Options

Hi All,

I am from Indonesia and I am a keen admirer of 11x11. However this evening, when I got back from my job, I got this notification saying that I am banned for paying with different credit cards.
Allow me to explain why this happened at the first place..
My initial booster purchase was under my own credit card, which was around 3 weeks ago. However, I realized that purchasing booster do help my team improving a lot, which is why I decided to purchase another 200 boosters to help strengthen my squad. During the purchasing process, apparently my credit card had some technical issue and was not able to conduct the purchase. Instead of waiting for a long time, since in Indonesia this type of issue may take a long time to solve, I go for a plan B, which is to ask my friend's kind help and conduct the purchase with his credit card. This explains why I paid with 2 different credit cards.
Could anyone please kindly review this issue?

We had payment tries from 7 credit cards from different countries on your account. This does not seem as a simple error. We think, you are using stolen credit cards and banned your account!
