Good Afternoon,

My name is Filipe Vala and I'm a user of your 11x11 game. I'm portuguese and I come here to explain what happened to me.
I was banned for 1 month.
Reason, Spam...

And my girlfriend was banned for four days.
Reason: Discussing punishments

What happened than?
I was banned for using spam, but waht is spam? In english is the abreviation of spiced ham, it's a non required electronic message.
In it's more popular way, spam it's a message with commercial purposes. The term spam, nevertheless, may be used in different situations, some very mosdet ones too.
Usually spam is a very appealing message, and most of the times they are boring and inconvinient.
I didn't send mass e-mails. Let me put here the mails I sent in April.
....Those I sent a message informing about my Union and the privileges they can get.
....And those to friends
The message I sent to the members, about the union is:

I have been watching some of your games and I can tell your better than most here. I Congratulate you.

I belng to ULP that has more than 1000 members and we are the number 1 in the world ranking.
I Would like to know if you are interested in joining our union.
I leave some information abou the advantages you can get by doing so, but you must be a lvl3 to join.

After all that Mr. LipeRJ banned me considering that this is spam. Well I disagree, I don't think this is spam.
That Mr. LipeRJ banned also my girlfriend ONFIRE, just because I used her account to question the people to whom I sent the messages, if they had, by mistake sent my massege as spam, to the support.

That e-mail was:
Hello, My name is Filipe Vala and I'm contacting you through my girls account (onfire).
I wanted to ask you if when you deleted my message, is it possible that you have by mistake sent it as spam?
The problem is that my account was banned due to spam, and it may be that someone had reported me has spam, by accident.
And I had just payed to be a magnate.

Please tell me if you did that mistake.

As far as I could Know, it was this Alice Keroppi that reported my mail as spam but according to her response, she never got an e-mail from me. This is not true, because I know that I sent her the message. In fact I sent it twice11.02.2010 16:25 and 25.03.2010 23:21, because she asked me too, during our chat conversation. Mr. LipeRJ, told me that I made some other mistakes the previous month.

I would like to know: Is he not exceding his job tasks, because as the rules of the game say, that after the administration new is sent it must be 14 days for it to became active, so that the members may pronounce and acept it. This is According to the game rule 8.2
