I need to know why I'm banned from games (You are banned until 22.10.2016 12:09. Reason: мульт You can not continue the game due to violation of rules). AND HOW CAN I COME BACK TO GAME

You are banned because you have more than one account on the same IP adress and that is not allowed due to a game rules. You can ask administration to allow you to open and play one account as all others are baned. First I can't access to your links
Second thing i have only one user. But if many people have same IP because we me and my friends playing this game at the same network but not playing on the same computer my be this will be make error i don't know so i need help to access again.

Hello again,

The problem is that you need to report this, allowed multis to administration and transfers, rent, exchanges are not allowed there.

That's why your account are baned. You can send private message to redmax, open a new account, the best thing will be that its the only account on the IP, but all other account is blocked
