Total bs with team performance Options

I've got one question about team performance. How can I make my team play better? I've got a good team for 1-3 level. My team always played well, but now they play horrible. What could of caused this? One of my players used to score at least 1 goal every game now he play like sh*t.

Here is few matches that make no sense at all. My players were better, had better abilities and better fitness but still lost. This has been going on for 3 days...

definitely doesn't matter completely on how good your players are (although this probably affects the win%)...could be playing wrong tactics...test some tactics out i.e. what tactics work against what?... wasn't able to view your reports but im guessing he played better tactics than you somehow...also you have to remember this is a game...anything can happen...today i beat lvl 8 and a lvl 6 and im sure they wont be happy ....quick edit-just noticed he played counter and you played long shots...if someone plays long shots i either play counter or normal and this usually works but i cant explain how you didnt win with such a high average skill compared to his

NextGenXx very well said. I agree with you about the power of tactics. Tactics diagram and % of tactics are main reasons to win or lose.
