what does talent do and what should i look at when i buy a player that he has higher skill or talent?

Hi,

Talent of a player never changes but skill can be increased by using his experiences.

Higher talent brings more experience. If you are a VIP user your players get more experience and improve their skills faster. Then you can sell them and earn money or you can save them in your team to have a strong team.

I hope this info helps you to decide while buying/selling your players.
