They randomly happen through cup games, sometimes you can go weeks without getting one, sometimes you might get a couple a day.

bananaben, don't worry.
I believe I didn't get one until lvl3 as well. It just so random, you can play for month(s) without anything and then get 2-3 in one day (happened to me). Good luck, hope you get something soon. -------------------- Sincerely,
