artık her maçta 2-3 sakat verir oldum. masör seviye 2 den 3 e çıkarım. o günden beri oyuncularım daha çabuk yoruluyor. ve sakatlık daha fazla oluyor. örnek:
kupa maçları 2 maç arka arkaya

her mac 2-3 adamım sakatlanıo ve yani 1 saatliğine deil 4-5 hatta 11 saate kadar varan sakatlıklar oluo. Bu durumu bi yere şikayet etsek bi düzelme olur mu yoksa hep böyle mi olucak.
