Stuck at Level 3, Why Won't it level me up.

Rookie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 15-February 11 Member No.: 5,928	Exp: 800/800 Glory: 2008 Points: 2337 Fans: 809 Boosters: 0 Mail: 0 Why is it not letting me go to the next level. I have played more games and won, but still not levelled me up. I want to get an application in for the Championship which the deadline is tomorrow and I can't if it doesn't level me.
