how important is talent?, what does it do?

Amateur Group: Members Posts: 10 Joined: 27-August 11 Member No.: 6,890	as in the title and description... talent, is that stat that gives a player experience right??? does a player get experience if u don't play matches? or is it only when they play match??? exactly how does it work.... couldn't find this topic, anywhere at the forum... ty so far...
