Dear managers!

If you want to leave any requests or complaints regarding the tournaments, please do it in this topic exclusively. Your feedback should always contain the level or the name of the league and a detailed description of the problem. If necessary, specify also the time, name of the tournament and your VIP-rank.

Any message which does not contain the information mentioned above will be considered junk and removed. Repeat offenders will be banned.
Repeated valid requests will be deleted as well.
Feedback left in any other topic will be ignored.

The administration can decide to make amendments to the schedule, tournament and reward rules.

Before writing a message, take time to check whether a similar question has been asked recently.
All schedule changes will be visible only after a daily refresh of the site.

thx in the night there is the dice cup i think he should be increased too

VIP Dice Cup is not needed to increase.

there are absolutely not enough tournaments and first of all not enough vip tournaments in lv9. first of all in the evening.
now it's 11pm and absolutely EVERY tounament is overfilled. doesn't matter if standart, mixed or vip. we also need vip-cups every 10-15min and not every 30min. doesn't matter if some of them are not starting in the end. it's allways better to have more cups instead of not enough. I'm just here watching the game for more than 1 houre without beeing able to enter ANY cup. with VIP4. shouldn't be the idea I guess.

VIP Cups available for lv9 and lv9-10 are 4: Ultimate Vip Tournament, Emergency Cup, VIP Constable Cup and VIP Volcano Cup. They start every 5-15 minutes.
If you have a problem with any specific tournament, write its name.

that is ALL the cups I can join. the first cup is 5 minutes before starting and already 9 players VIP4 for 8 places. In the end it startet with 17 players for 8 places. not funny at all. I can't play anything because I'm quite new in lv9 and I'm allways the first one who is kicked out.

ULTIMATE VIP TOURNAMENT lv9 every 15 minutes - 24 hourse a day. during the night every 30min is maybe also ok. but not before midnight or 1am UTC+01:00
