Total bs with team performance Options

I've got one question about team performance. How can I make my team play better? I've got a good team for 1-3 level. My team always played well, but now they play horrible. What could of caused this? One of my players used to score at least 1 goal every game now he play like sh*t.

Here is few matches that make no sense at all. My players were better, had better abilities and better fitness but still lost. This has been going on for 3 days...

So what is the problem, is it in tactics? I have heard it only matters how good your players are.

NextGenXx very well said. I agree with you about the power of tactics. Tactics diagram and % of tactics are main reasons to win or lose.
