Can someone explain what school do? What are costs and what you are getting from it?

School-1 = 50 000 (requires base club 2)
School-2 = 150 000 (requires base club 3)
School-3 = 500 000 (requires base club 4)

Trainers affect the number of players at school.

Trainer-1 = 10 000 [+ 3 young (talents)]
Trainer-2 = 50 000 [+ 6 young (talents)]
Trainer-3 = 100 000 [+ 9 young (talents)]

1-Talented players get more experinces after the matches and easy to train by raising skills as you wish.
2-You can earn money by this method: buy young talented players from school - train and sell.
3- To train faster you can use bonus-experience.
4- You receive minimum 23 and maximum 48 skilled players at school.
