Decreasing of money transfer, my money from transfer was cut. Options

I have sold 2 my players and the money that I've got was cut.
for the 1st player, I sold it 30,400 but I only got 12.016. it was cut 18.384 from the real prize.
for the 2nd player, I sold it 145.200 but it was cut 23.708 and I only got 121.492.
It only happened for my last 2 players that I've sold.
please give me an answer!

Is very simple, buy yourself office 1or 2 and scout 1 or 2, an your money for tranfer will multiply up to x4, I refer of course to the baseline player, for the moment, the maximum that you can get on a player sold is only twice its value.
