Would U admins think about it?Many times I don't need the whole 10% only 5% & may be lesser just to keep my players in the light green zone 80-90!

You can do as Javier posted - bring it up and then down to make them in whatever zone you want. It was created by 10% to make it less confusing and faster to restore stamina. -------------------- Sincerely,
