Red Cards Before Submit Options

3 of my players got red cards before a match (vs. armados sentros) in "North Bowl 1117" (http://11x11.com/tournaments/160815)
I only refreshed my rosters page in different tab and i saw that 3 of my players got red card and 2 matches ban, actually i didn't push to submit button yet that time. And when i tried to push submit the game warned me that 3 of my players is not able to play cause of red cards. I changed the players with another ones and then submitted succesfully. An interesting thing, 3 of my players were in game and they got red cards in that game and i lost the game by 4-0. How can the result of the game determined before i submitted my settings?

Maybe you played in another game before, that's where they got red cards.
I would submit a ticket if it was before the game.
