scheme selection problem, no positional markings on pitch, no players to choose Options

i entered a tournament earlier and when i went to preparations for the match, the scheme selection page had no players, no markings on the pitch etc. i couldn't pick any players and obviously couldn't submit so had three technical losses.

i've just logged on again now and tried it with a friendly and the same thing has happened - no players to choose from again. it timed out and the game is being played currently.

also the training page has altered. the bars are no longer there and just a box instead in which you enter the percentage in numbers yourself. is this an intentional change or a bug?
