When will be available? (SMS) Options

Hi.

I'm from Mexico, and i want to know when will you make available the SMS service to buy boosters for Mexico??

I can't use my credit card right now and i really want to buy some boosters.

In allopass' webpage it says the service is available to Mexico, you (11x11 staff) need to make it available.
