Injuries & Red Cards, This is getting annoying... Options

Over and over again, the players are picking up injuries and red cards. I'm starting to hate those, especially the horrible injuries which are inflicted in the 1st minute of the game or in the first 5 minutes... Maybe the game machine needs some fixing?
I don't think you should get so many injuries, even you don't have enough stamina (somewhere between 75 and 80%). I got some feed-back from the Romanian managers and all are angry about that side of the game.

About red cards, those events seem to be random, as in almost 50% of the games one or more players are getting sent off. Can you check that card frequency too?

Just for curiosity, I looked at your latest 10 matches and in 4 out of 10 you picked up injuries or red cards... 2 injuries and 5 red cards.
As for my latest 10 matches, in 6 of them I picked injuries or red cards... 6 injuries and 5 red cards. Just for curiosity, check this link, it's one of my matches: kucer fc 2:1 DannyS. It's incredible what happened there... a total of 5 injuries and 3 red cards for the 2 managers, that's too much for a game!
Rock, currently ranked as no.1, had 5 injuries and 1 red card in 4 out of his last 10 matches.

In my opinion, you cannot tell that the game engine has a good algorythm when you pick up injuries and red cards, the frequency is out of charts... and it's not emulating real life football/soccer, which I guess everyone aims to.

Don't take it personal, but it's unrealistic to say that the game won't change... it's clear that the big teams = big money will be in advantage all the time, because they don't miss injured or suspended players so much. As for small teams, many of them have no chance in mixed tournaments, no matter which tactics they use.

Game is a game. Its what you pick for tactics vs what opponent picked determines who gets red cards and how many.
You must see which tactic get less cards and injuries vs which tactic to understand.

This was set up as a GAME, not real football. Otherwise it would have been different.
