Does anyone know how much morale increases a player's stats? And is it percentage-based?

Yes it is a percentage based.
10(ten) morale points will give 105%(power) of his overall skill(granted he has full stamina). Lets take this example. CM 26 years old, talent 6, has overall skill 100. With 10 morale added, his overall power changes from 100 to 105, making him more active, better player on the field. So, basically, 2 morale points = extra 1% to the players power (granted he has full stamina) Hope this helps. -------------------- Sincerely,
