 what does my scout do? |

i've recently employed a scout, but he doesn't seem to do anything? i've sold players and received the bid amount for them so he does not effect that. i've listed players and i can still only put them on at a maximum of double their current value.
have i misread what he does or does he do something else? many thanks, petros |

you had more lucky than me i buy it than i asked and somebody in chat sad to me is bugged not working yet so iseel it lol so i loose a lot of money =)
