i've noticed that someone is already able to create player,i'd like to know what is the condition for someone to be able to create player? And can we set the talent,age,skill,nationality the way we want it? And if anybody know about the cost,maybe you can share here. Thank you

When you reach level 7, for 1 million you can build a player, he will be talent 9 and 18 years old. you can set position, nationality etc.
