i've noticed that someone is already able to create player,i'd like to know what is the condition for someone to be able to create player? And can we set the talent,age,skill,nationality the way we want it? And if anybody know about the cost,maybe you can share here. Thank you

there no unlocked items in lvl 8,U can just create a player when U reach lvl 7 with skill 60 & talent 9!
The next feature to be unlocked is with reaching level 9 by having the option to hire a personal trainer that remove all the limits on players skill,which is: 25 for individual skill & 200 for overall with having coach-3 which is the highest! -------------------- keem
