How do the special abilities work ? i have assigned two abilities to one player and one to another, but cannot see the affects they are having can anyone enlighten me.

your not going to be able to 'see' the effects, as the 2d animation is just a gimmick, as the game is run already.

However, for example, if you have someone set at 5 X free kicks, you will find he scores alot more goals from free kicks than not.

There is a thread on the forums explaining what each mean, have a search.
