I have played this game for a long time, day-in, day-out, enjoying greatly from the existing comradeship. For that, and to strengthen my team, I have gladly spent over a 1000€, because by improving my team I also increased the fun I got from the game.

When I started playing the game, I joined DFL Football Union, but later on changed to the ULP Football Union, which seemed to displease some moderators, who appear to have me on their sights since.

I usually exchange some playful banter with a female fellow-player, and on finding out she now was a moderator, I chatted a bit with her, asking her on how to get the position, and joking on her “probie moderator” status among older moderators. Moderator Goni had followed our personal conversation, and took offense to it, issuing me a red card, although we were just chatting among friends. I disliked been punished for a private conversation, and considered changing server to another country.

The following day I had been banned for 5 years.

Trying to present a defence, I posted in the Forum, asking why had I been banned, not getting any clear reply, just that the ban was active for all servers, and a rude accusation of being childish from mod LipeRJ. No explanation was EVER given to me on why I had received a 5-year ban.

After some private inquiries, I found that on the announcement about overpriced transfers, I had posted my opinion - not personally insulting anyone -, and wondering on how one was supposed to guess that a player was abandoning the game after performing a transfer. Apparently, I had been banned 5 years for that.

So I present my apologies to my friend, although she did not seem to take offense from it, and to any other who, without my knowledge, was listening to our conversation. Also to any others who may have felt that I was referring to them, when I said that guesswork would be needed when performing a transfer.

allow me to give my opinion and no offense to others coz i'm new in this server and i dont know rivelino and mod LipeRJ.

i'm new in this game but i played a lot others online game and i never saw a very strict rules like this game.

we can get banned for 5 years or 10 years it's like u dont play this game anymore, this is very rude and unfair.

we play this game seriously and already wasted a lot of time to this game i think ppl like this will not deliberately breaking the rules.

admin or mod should sorting a serious players or not before give a punishment, like rivelino he already using a lot money and his case is not a very big case like using fake credit card or multi id why he got banned that long.

i think he shouldn't be banned for that long just ban 1 or 2 days and i believe he will be conscious

i've been banned for 10 years and i dont know my crime, i am very disappointed i got banned becoz admin do a mistake lucky faceman recovery my id and all my point within 2 hours thats already make me a heart attack and make me suffer.

1 also have been given red card from mod tittlemouse in english tribune becoz i said gay to my friend and i got yellow card directly lucky at that time mod mutt was there and he knows we always joke like that so mod tittlemouse recovery me in 2 minutes. i got no heart feelingabout that, mod tittlemouse is a good person and u just doing your job.
I am using this cased for getting my point and my point is with all respect admin or mod pls dont give any punishment before give a warning.

lucky i got a professional mod in indonesian tribune is mod mutt and mod keem , this is a sample and i just got it a few minutes a go
