Greetings,

I have played this game for a long time, day-in, day-out, enjoying greatly from the existing comradeship. For that, and to strengthen my team, I have gladly spent over a 1000€, because by improving my team I also increased the fun I got from the game.

When I started playing the game, I joined DFL Football Union, but later on changed to the ULP Football Union, which seemed to displease some moderators, who appear to have me on their sights since.

I usually exchange some playful banter with a female fellow-player, and on finding out she now was a moderator, I chatted a bit with her, asking her on how to get the position, and joking on her “probie moderator” status among older moderators. Moderator Goni had followed our personal conversation, and took offense to it, issuing me a red card, although we were just chatting among friends. I disliked been punished for a private conversation, and considered changing server to another country.

The following day I had been banned for 5 years.

Trying to present a defence, I posted in the Forum, asking why had I been banned, not getting any clear reply, just that the ban was active for all servers, and a rude accusation of being childish from mod LipeRJ. No explanation was EVER given to me on why I had received a 5-year ban.

After some private inquiries, I found that on the announcement about overpriced transfers, I had posted my opinion - not personally insulting anyone -, and wondering on how one was supposed to guess that a player was abandoning the game after performing a transfer. Apparently, I had been banned 5 years for that.

So I present my apologies to my friend, although she did not seem to take offense from it, and to any other who, without my knowledge, was listening to our conversation. Also to any others who may have felt that I was referring to them, when I said that guesswork would be needed when performing a transfer.

Seems that this have turned to some hot topic for no real reason!It have been discussed twice later with same answer!Users aspect r different from admins & moderators aspects!Seems that I have to clear somethings out for most of U there...

1st.Rivelino ban is irreversible,so coming over here for 3rd time,asking all ur friends to comment demanding the ban to be removed is just worthless!The reason U were banned was disrespecting for the moderators & the admins by a clear words ( that means wt I should do to be a mod here ) & I can't say the exact words coz it's really shameful,U know it already!Also it's not ur first time there!

* Some Portuguese players feel badly when others r chosen as moderators as they feel they have the right to be mod's instead of them!This is a point that many missing there *

2nd.Portuguese zone have its own admins (Faceman & LiperJ) & own moderators too,For all who try to gain some points by trying to approach other moderators will get no where coz no interference between zones staff regarding their calls specially one like this!

3rd.Staff don't ban on private conversations unless it was insulting & the offended claimed his/her rights!They r rational in their calls & ban based on strong ground!Yeah they r human,so wt could be controversial is the period of the short bans,from 1 day to few weeks but for the banning for life,there is no different judgments by any of the staff working on any zone!

4th.Transferring players between players on same IP or referrals is unaccepted,When it happen with such exaggerating value means something wrong for sure!We already shouldn't allow players on same IP as the rules say that clearly but we do allow it with certain measurements so no other advantages taken on the expense of other players!The last news made in all zones regards transfer market was there to approve that only!

5th.Ban for 5 years is Ban for life!It's written there just above the reason!So simply it's:U r not allowed to play this game again!!

6th.Questioning the integrity of the staff & justifying things/events from users point of view & claiming moderators/admins actions based on that is simply pointless & it could be considered as a sign of disrespect as well!Each user is responsible for him self,play by the rules & respect every one playing the game!The staff r responsible for all the users in the game & work on maintaining a good atmosphere for the game!

7th.Moderators shouldn't be moderating the chat ?!! Moderators job is to moderate!!Being a good player or a friendly guy who help other don't help U when U trespass rules or offend any one!Chat is not designed to be some play yard for users to go as they want!Being soft from our side seems giving some wrong idea about it!!!!

8th.Every body is allowed to express him self in good manners & polite way!If we r using " military rules " U all wouldn't be here saying wt U feel in the 1st place!

9th.Some moderators r forgiving to some extent,It's may based on knowing the player's history & being known for good manners.This is not the rule for all the mod's so U be thankful when mod's pass little things done by some but don't take that for granted!
