there was a match in the bet line i betted 1000 dollars for a 12 but i didn't get my money

Good morning,

With the betting, it is not controlled by 11x11 staff, it is controlled by the company who run the bets.
Now with betting, there are formalities that need to to take place to ensure that everything is above board as well.

Hopefully you can appreciate this and factor this in next time you place bets.

If you can't live without the funds 24-48 hours after betting, then simple. Don't bet.
