Existe alguma fórmula para se ganhar treinos de combinação e/ou habilidade especial? Como faz pra ganhar esses treinos?

Outra pergunta... Quando deixamos os jogadores a treinar, esse acúmulo de pontos de experiência se dá por dia de treinamento, por hora ou por vez treinado?
