More tournament for lvl 8! Options

I do not understand why it was decided to unite all areas together?
Previously was a situation that because of the Turkish players could not get into the VIP tournament, but could play in mixed tournaments, but now is mostly of can not get anywhere: in the VIP tournaments all occupied the Turkish players can not get there even with VIP4 rank, same situation and Alpha - League, just filled with tournaments to 4 players, and there again, sitting those sameTurkish players, mixed the same tournament does not fill ... Surely it was impossible to do something clever, like instead of the tournament for 16 people in Alpha League, could simply make the tournament for 8 people. If you can not get into the tournaments, what's the point then continue to play next?
