mail, when player is banned Options

Player of my WC team Dindan http://11x11.com/users/610435 was banned.
He want to know for what exactly he was banned for visits to any accounts with any IP Address. With the appropriate questions he asked to support. But there is a problem because of the fact that he was banned, he can not read the mail and a letter of support.
He asked me to also ask the same questions of support. But I got the answer: We give no information about other users.
Next, he created a topic in the forum, but it was immediately removed.

Please tell whether to open to him mail, so at least he could see what support answer to him? Or how he can contact the admins to find out the reasons for his ban?
