Me han denegado el acceso al juego, me sale el siguiente mensaje:

Usted está prohibido hasta 13.12.2015 09:24. Razón: Multicuentas -- Referente/IP + Mismo Usuario (EULA 4.1)
You no puede continuar el juego debido a la violación de las normas.

¿alguién sabe como sollucionarlos?, ya que yo no he hecho trampas, solo tengo está cuenta.
