Have been banned, I receive mail

But I still receved your system mail with the content that "Sensational! User haclongvan has not been seen in 11x11.com for a long time. Reporters attempted to find the head coach and owner of the club. What happened? The outcome of the investigation can be viewed here: http://11x11.com/users/28023 " I can see my player older everyday and retired when they 40. But I can't do nothing. I very sad about that and I have begged you forgive mymistake but I know that very hard to do. Thanks you for answer me but can you not continue to send mail to me. That make me very sad ... JOHNNY
