Does a striker or midfielder have more shot ability when taking a free kick than a defender? For example, if a forward and a defender both have equal ability, i.e 19 shot accuracy and 19 power or whatever, does the forward have more chance of scoring than the defender? Or vice-versa, does a defender or midfielder have more chance of making a successful pass-to-goal rate than a forward if all stats are equal? Not sure if i've made myself clear smile.gif Does anybody know? Or have hard facts to prove otherwise? I currently have a high rated defender taking free kicks and he seems to make more pass-to-goal goals than my forward did when i had him taking kicks, but rarely scores on his own. But my forward scored on his own many times but rarely completed pass-to-goal goals. Just wondering. Any thoughts anyone?

It is all relative.

If you defender is better at something, keep him doing it.

Forward supposed to make those shots, but if someone else is better at it - use that player.
