I can't seem to submit an application for a draft player for two days due to a claimed notification of 'X Enough money', which I presume is trying so say I don't have enough cash to submit an app. That isn't the case, so something's going wrong with my account, so help would be appreciated.

When you pay the draft DEPOSIT you must also have the the final Price value money available. If you win the draft that is how much you have to pay.
