Sugestion, Mixed tournaments for all levels Options

I have a sugestion for mixed tournaments for all levels (Ex: Mixed: International World Traveller's Cup-372)
Can you make the groups to pe created acording to levels. Like this event the low levels can reach a higher place and earn some money from that big prize, because wright now there is no chance for levels 1-4 to advance from first stage, so they are plaing for nothing, just a litele exp, because usualy they are losing so not so much exp.
