Ball Control (RCV) and Skill Training, Ball control, playmakers, skill training Options

So from reading this forum i think i have learned which skills to train for each player type.

Defenders - Edu, Tackling and marking.
Midfield - Edu, Dribbling and passing.
Forwards - Edu, Shot Power and Shot Accuracy

So is Ball Control a skill that is usefull to all players or better for Midfield or Forwards?

Is Passing only usefull for Midfielders?

Also is it a good idea to train all Stats for all players up to a certain level maybe 10 for example?

Does a good playmaker need to be trained in all skills?
Is the best position for a playmaker CM or can they be any position? Can you have 2 playmakers 1 on each wing for example?

Should i train my midfielders in Shooting also so they can help score?

my personal way of skillung is that one:

Cd → Edu, TCK, MRK /RcV, Pas
Cd, Dm →Edu, TCK, RcV/ RcV , Pas
Cm, Dm → Edu, PAS, RcV/ TCK, TCK
Cm, Rm, Lm → Edu, Pas, RcV/ DRB, MRK
Cm, Am → Edu, PAS, RcV/ TCK, DRB, shA/ shP
Cf, Am→ Edu, shA, shP/ TCK, RcV, DRB


But everyone got his one way especially regarding the wingers

Playmaker should be good in Passing and of course in RcV to use his special abillity in the way. (SA High Pass is also usefull)
