Why are there some level 10 users that do not appear on ratings.

Hi Goal Ace,

Please notice that on rating table, http://11x11.com/xml/misc/rating.php?act=users you can only see users that are in your zone. All level 10 (and all other levels) are shown there if they play in your zone.
