1 hour without the game, because it stopped for 2 consecutive times, it's not accecptable.

The users of thsi game have been extremely comprehensive, every night the game stops for half an hour, there are multi accounts and bots playing, everybody can see that, and nothing happens.

The game stops and nothing is said, no explanation is given to us, the users that pay for a service that is failling.

We pay for a service, we deserve respect, we deserve at least a word from those responsible about what is happening.
