i can't put my players on the transfer. i push the button "confirm" to transfer and it write "error". how can i put my players on the transfer? it is some your bag....do something

Hi FC NewYork,
You can't sell players if they are 35+ year old.
As I see you have more than 15 players, so number of players is not the reason of error.
