I have difficulty in understanding the role of the dispatcher. what is your role ... is kick or dispatching the ball, putting the ball out of the defensive zone? or is an order for the players to play on the first touch?

I don't understand this definition: The dispatcher. The player will pass the ball more often, rather than kick or pass opponent with it. (http://forum.11x11.com/index.php?showtopic=361)

thanks
Javier
Hi pantagruel,

The player assign to this task will prefer to pass than to shoot or dribble.

sometimes (but often) the roles we give not always work...

i was give role dispatcher to my CM, but in in game (2d view) there is no significant effect i look.

i expect he can give many pass, but he just do like he didn't give role as dispatcher.
he dribbling, shooting, and passing like usual...

is there any requirement for player who take the role?

You will not see the difference all the time, right away - it takes time and practice to see it at work.

How good are your CM's passing skills? This plays good part in how good he will execute the special skill. Also, stamina, and morale play big part on how your players will listen to you and do as you ask them.

Another thing - for your player to give pass, he must see open fellow player. If he doesn't - he will hold off on giving a pass, so not to loose a ball.
